The B2F entrance of Toranomon Hills Station Tower, where a steady stream of people flows toward the offices and TOKYO NODE. This is, by design, a space for signage, surfaces meant to point the way. DIGITAL SPRINGBOARD opens these wayfinding surfaces to art: two vertical monitors set into the pillars, and a single LED wall glowing at the end of the corridor. For a few passing seconds, the daily route to work takes on a different color, made for the moment when hurried footsteps briefly slow.
