Privacy Policy
NEORT Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") shall set forth this
privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") for the handling of the
Personal information of users in the services provided on this website (hereinafter
referred to as the "Services").
Article 1 Personal information
"Personal information" shall mean the Personal Information as referred to in the
Personal Information Protection Act in Japan, and shall mean any information
relating to a living individual that can identify a particular individual by name,
date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, or other description
contained therein, as well as any information (personal identification information)
that can identify a specific individual by single information such as appearance,
fingerprints, data on voice prints, and the insurance number of the health insurance
premium.
Article 2 How to collect Personal information
When a user registers for use, the Company may ask for the Personal information such
as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account
number, credit card number, driver's license number, etc. In addition, information
on transaction records and payments, including the Personal information of users and
business partners, may be collected from the Company's business partners (including
information providers, advertisers, and advertisement deliveries; hereinafter
referred to as "Business Partners").
Article 3 Purposes of collecting and using Personal information
The purposes for which the Company gathers and uses the Personal information are
as follows:
- For the provision and operation of the Services;
- For identity verification purposes;
- To respond to inquiries from users;

For sending e-mails of new features, updates, campaigns, etc., of the
Services being used by user and guidance on other services provided by the
Company;

For maintenance and important notices and other necessary communications;

Identify users who violate the terms of use or who intend to use services
for fraudulent or improper purposes and take necessary measures;

To allow users to browse, change, delete, and view their own registration
information;
- Purposes incidental to the above-mentioned purposes of use.
Article 4 Change of Purpose of Use

The Company shall change the purpose of use of the Personal information only
when it reasonably deems that the new purpose of use is related to the previous
one.

In the event the purpose of use is changed, users shall be notified of the
changed purpose in the manner prescribed by the Company or made public on this
website.
Article 5 Provision of Personal information to Third Parties
The Company will not provide any Personal information to any third party
without obtaining the prior consent of users. Provided, however, that this
provision shall not apply where it is permitted by the Personal information
Protection Act in Japan or other laws and regulations.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following
cases, the recipient of such information shall not be deemed to be a third
party:

In the event the Company entrusts the handling of the Personal
information, in whole or in part, to the extent necessary to achieve the
purpose of use;

Cases in which the Personal information is provided as a result of the
succession of business in a merger or otherwise;

Cases in which a Personal information is shared with a specific person
and such fact, items of Personal information used jointly, the scope of
the joint users, the purpose of use of the users, and the name of the
person responsible for managing the said Personal information is
notified in advance or put in a readily accessible condition for the
said person.
Article 6 Disclosure of Personal information
The Company shall disclose any Personal information requested by the person
without delay. Provided, however, that in the event of any one of the
following, disclosure may not be made in whole or in part, and in the event
a decision is made not to disclose such information, such decision shall be
notified without delay. The Company will charge a fee of 1,000 yen per
Personal information. Prior to disclosure, the Company may request to submit
the necessary documents for identity verification.

Cases in which disclosure is likely to harm the life, body, property or
any other rights or interests of the person or a third party;

Cases in which disclosure is likely to seriously interfere with the
proper execution of the Company's business;
- In the event of any other violation of laws and regulations.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, information other
than the Personal information such as historical information and characteristic
information shall not be disclosed in principle.
Article 7 Correction and Deletion of Personal information

Users may request the Company to correct, add, discontinue using or delete
(hereinafter referred to as the "Correction, etc.") any Personal information of
such users held by the Company.

In the event the Company receives the request set forth in the preceding
paragraph from the user and determines that it is necessary to fulfil such
request, the Company shall correct, add discontinue or delete such Personal
information.

The Company shall notify the user of any Correction, etc. made pursuant to the
provision of the preceding paragraph or any decision made to refuse the
Correction, etc.
Article 8 Use of Terminals and Cookies

Users may use cookies when accessing the Services. Users may also be configured
to refuse to accept cookies, which may lead to unavailability of all or part of
the services provided by the Company.

When a user accesses the Services via a personal computer terminal or mobile
terminal, the Company may acquire cookies, IP addresses, terminal types, mobile
terminal identifiers, location information, browser types and languages, and
other information and associate them with the user ID.
Article 9 Changes to this Policy

Unless otherwise provided by laws or this Policy, this Policy may be changed
without notifying users.
